1. Delivery Times

As a shipping policy we usually ship next business day but if you place your order on a weekend, it will be shipped next business day. You will receive a confirmation that the product has be shipped with the tracking information.

2. Tracking & Notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates. Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information.

3. Service Areas

Nuvitron can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship your order via UPS or USPS. We can ship internationally.

4. Undelivered Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

5. Returns / Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days after the purchase date, the buyer is responsible for the cost sending the product back to us (please insure it, and make sure you get a tracking number, we will not be responsible for it if it is lost). A re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.
