1. Returns

We will send you a new one. Please send us the tracking number, also include on the package details that could help us troubleshoot the issue. We will send you the replacement unit within a week from receiving your gadget.

2. Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 15 days of the day you receive the product, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. (shipping costs are not refunded). Send your unit to the address above, carefully packaged and insured. If the product is in perfect condition we will refund your money within a week of receiving it.
